how do i exchange/return?
FOR BOTH SCENARIOS CLOTHES MUST HAVE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND BE THE SAME AS GIVEN.
exchange: if you would like to exchange your clothes for a different size, email us at starstruckclthing@gmail.com.
return: if you would like to return email us at starstruckclthing@gmail.com. you have 3 days to return the clothes to me and 2-3 business days to receive your money back. please email us with the reasoning.
when does my order come?
if your order is a preorder, your order will take 2-3 weeks to come.
if you ordered premade, your order would come between 1-8 days as it also may vary by shipping choice.
